I have experience in a number of sectors including media and entertainment, mobile technology, insurance, charity, construction, IT services and education.

Helping companies define their culture so they are clear on what they stand for, then building all their people infrastructure based on this; from employment contracts and policies, performance management and benefits packages to internal communications and recognition.
